Gift vouchers issued by The Emporium @ Redcliffe are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After the expiry date, any remaining balance will be void and cannot be used.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, either in full or in part.

Vouchers may be redeemed in-store at The Emporium @ Redcliffe against eligible items or services available at the time of redemption. Vouchers are not valid for purchases made at Redcliffe Garden Centre or The Potting Shed Tea Room. 

If the full voucher value is not used in one transaction, any remaining balance will remain on the voucher and may be used before expiry. No change will be given.

The Emporium @ Redcliffe cannot replace lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. Please keep vouchers safe.

Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional gift vouchers and may not be valid on promotional or discounted items unless otherwise stated.

The Emporium @ Redcliffe reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will not affect vouchers already purchased.
